Red Feathered Eagle Vocational Rehabilitation Program Evaluation September 2020

We know that employment is a major predictor of wellness and recovery. In September 2020 we conducted a five-year evaluation of the Red Feathered Eagle Vocational Rehab Program at Fort Washakie Reservation. Our results reinforced what we already know, employment gives people purpose and meaning in their lives. Organizations like Red Feathered are leading the way for employment and purpose on the Wind River.
