Dry January 2026
If you have not tried it before, Dry January is a month dedicated to not drinking. Dry January started in 2013 with the goal of reducing harm caused by alcohol . We invite you to try it and let us know how it goes for you! There is good news! Drinking alcohol in the US is at an all-time low— just 54% of adults. Rich older Republican white men drink the most.
